How to apply
In applying to join Show & Event Security each individual must complete a comprehensive application form. All applicants must:
- Be willing and able to work night and weekend shifts
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels with diplomacy and tact
- Be able to use their own initiative and work unsupervised when necessary
- Above all, meet our client's requirements and demonstrate flexibility in attitude and approach to their work as and when client needs change.
In completing their individual application forms, prospective employees are required to sign a declaration allowing Show & Event Security to check their work history, if they are required to undertake security duties that require a higher level of screening, (BS7858) and also agreeing to undertake a medical examination if required to do so and certifying that the information provided in their application form is true. Any misrepresentation of the facts may result in their immediate dismissal. All event personnel are screened to BS8406:2003, Event services and Crowd Safety Services Code of Practice.
