NEC

The National Exhibition Centre is located in Birmingham and is the seventh largest in Europe, the NEC consists of around 20 halls which hold a variety exhibitions, conferences and shows. The NEC also has a music venue called the LG Arena which has an 11000 capacity, combined the NEC and the LG Arena attract over 5 million visitors every year. Show & Event have been supplying Door Supervisors to the NEC for 3 months and the shifts are continuing into the New Year. Some of the recent exhibitions at the NEC include National Motorcycle Show, The Clothes Show and The Good Food Show; some of the recent performances at the LG Arena include Mcfly, Maroon 5 and Take That.

London Road

London Road was built in the 1930's and is the home of League One side Peterborough United. Show & Event have watched the Posh go from strength to strength over recent years and the midland office are currently in their third season working at the ground. Show & Event Security supply numerous members of staff to London Road ranging from stewards to supervisors and on the category C games response teams.

Cambridge Corn Exchange

Show & Event Midlands management team have been working at the Cambridge Corn Exchange for over 14 years, the Corn Exchange holds a variety of events ranging from Exhibitions, Music concerts and Comedy performances and can accommodate up to 1800 people. Over the years the venue has held some massive acts Oasis, The Beetles and Take That have played there and in more recent years Razorlight, The Kooks and Stereophonics have also performed at the Corn Exchange.

Rockingham

Rockingham Motor Speedway is a motor racing circuit near Corby in Northamptonshire. Rockingham was opened in 2001 and is Europe fastest banked oval circuit it has a capacity of 52000. Show & Event have been working at Rockingham for two years now and supply a variety of staff ranging from safety officers, supervisors, response teams and stewards. The recent meetings to take place at Rockingham include, the French Car Show, British Touring Car Championship and Pick-up Truck Racing.

Nene Park

Nene Park is home to Blue Square outfit Rushden & Diamonds, Rushden & Diamonds is a relatively new club which was founded in 1992 when two local sides Irthlingborough Diamonds and Rushden Town merged together. The Midland office has worked at Nene Park for over 10 years and supply numerous amounts of stewards to every home game, Show & Event mainly work with the away fans, searching on entry and also ensuring their safety during the game.

NIA

The National Indoor Arena is located in the centre of Birmingham and is also part of the NEC group. The NIA was opened in 1991 and for four years was largest indoor arena in the UK, it has a capacity of 13000 and holds a variety of events, ranging from Music concerts to Sporting Events. Show and Event Security have been working on and off at the NIA since 2005, mainly covering the backstage area and our work at the NIA is at the promoter's request. Some of the recent concerts to be held at the NIA include Elton John, Coldplay and Katherine Jenkins.
