Show & Event Security employ over 800 event and security personnel. We take particular care in the recruitment of all employees because we believe it is crucial to providing the level of service our clients require.
We have adequate supervisory staff to ensure that all events have a supervisor on site to ensure the smooth running of the event. We recruit locally wherever possible to minimise the time, expense and effort taken by our staff in travelling to and from work. This approach to recruitment is reflected in our advertising for new applicants.
Once all the reference responses have received a satisfactory response and the probationary period has been completed a formal contract will be offered. No employee will be formally employed unless we are totally satisfied with their vetting procedures.
